The breath is the gift from Spirit that happens automatically to keep us alive, and we can choose different breathing patterns to invoke deep healing and connection to our bodies. Join Quintina, Somatic Alchemist and Trauma Resolution Oracle, on a journey back to the body’s wisdom to process stuck emotions, let go of limitations and breathe together. Please bring a blanket, eye mask, pillow (optional) and yoga mat. Dress in comfortable layers as body temperature may fluctuate.
