About the event
The tea ceremony is deeply intertwined with spirituality, often seen as a
form of moving meditation. Rooted in Zen Buddhism, this practice promotes
mindfulness, presence, and tranquility. The rhythmic and deliberate process of the tea
ceremony allows participants to experience a state of calm and appreciation for the
simple yet profound activities of life. Through this practice, we deepen our spiritual
