Suggested Use:
As a daily preventative (especially during travel or flu season)
Adults: 1 tbsp (15 mL) twice daily
Children: 1 tsp (5 mL) twice daily
For flu relief:
Adults: 1 tbsp (15 mL) up to 4x daily for 3–5 days
Children: 1 tsp (5 mL) up to 4x daily for 3 days
