Initial consultations dive deep into your health history and goals, while follow-up sessions and acute care support quick, effective relief for issues like colds, nausea, sleep troubles, or skin irritation. Herbal prescriptions are customized and priced separately, based on formulation type, ingredients, and duration. With a heart for earth-based healing and a foot in clinical study, Sequoia invites you to reconnect with the inherent health your body was designed for body, mind, and spirit in harmony. *IMPORTANT PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING: 1. Examples of acute conditions: colds/flu, sore throat, nausea, stomach upset, skin irritation, sleep aid, etc. 2. These prices do not include herbal formulations and the appropriate prescriptions. The actual herbal prescription can be priced on a broad range based off varying factors like; amount of herbs used, price of herbs, type of medicine (tincture, plain herb, etc.), how long the supply is made for (1 month, 3 month, etc.), and so on. **
Cancellation Policy
The Garden Within – Booking Policy Welcome to The Garden Within. We are honored to hold space for your healing journey. To ensure clarity, respect, and safety for all clients and providers, please review the following booking policies before scheduling a service. Appointments & Scheduling All services must be booked in advance through our online system or by contacting us directly. Please arrive on time for your session. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment. Clients must be 18 years or older, unless accompanied by a parent/guardian or with prior consent (as applicable to service). Payment & Refund Policy All services are non-refundable. We honor the time, energy, and preparation of our providers. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. In the event of a no-show or last-minute cancellation (under 24 hours), you may be subject to a cancellation fee or lose the session credit (depending on the provider’s individual policy). Cancellations & Rescheduling Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule your session. Emergencies and compassionate exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis, but we cannot guarantee refund or rescheduling eligibility without notice. Scope of Services & Disclaimers Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological condition. None of our offerings are clinical in nature unless explicitly stated by the individual provider. Services such as intuitive readings, energy healing, sound therapy, and herbal consultations are considered complementary and spiritual wellness practices. We are committed to holding trauma-informed, inclusive, and culturally respectful practices. You are never required to share personal experiences to receive care. You may request a pause, boundary, or change in any session at any time. Consent & Comfort By booking a service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.
